Description
We are currently seeking Local Forklift Operators and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Drivers for a warehouse in Charlotte, NC. Multiple shifts and roles are available, starting the week of August 11th, 2025.

Positions Available:

  • Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) – 1st & 2nd shift – As many as possible

  • Forklift (Crown Reach Truck) –
     • 2 for 1st shift
     • 1 for Corrugate (1st shift – must pass math test)
     • 4 for 2nd shift

Pay Rates:

  • EPJ 1st Shift: $17/hr

  • EPJ 2nd Shift: $19/hr

  • Forklift 1st Shift: $19/hr

  • Forklift Corrugate: $19/hr

  • Forklift 2nd Shift: $21/hr

Shift Hours:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (can extend to 3:00 PM)

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (or 3:30 PM start if 1st shift stays later)

Job Requirements

Important Notes:

  • Forklift Corrugate drivers must take a math test (required for inventory & receiving assistance)

  • All forklift roles require 7-day work weeks – no exceptions

  • Perfect attendance required during the first 2 weeks (no tardies, no absences, no appointments)

  • Must pass pre-screening before on-site skills test

  • Must be flexible with shift changes based on work volume
