Job Description
We are hiring 8–10 Lead Abatement Workers for a night-shift project in the Disney area of Orlando, Florida.
Project Details:
- Location: Disney area – Orlando, FL
- Open Positions: 8–10 Lead Abatement Workers
- Start Date: Sunday, August 30, 2026
- Shift: Night Shift
- Start Time: 11:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Scope of Work: Lead Paint Stripping / Lead Paint Removal
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Local workers only
This opportunity is for qualified local workers with current Lead Abatement training who are available for overnight work.
Scope of Work
- Perform lead paint stripping and removal
- Prepare and maintain work areas and containment
- Safely handle lead-containing materials
- Assist with cleanup and proper disposal of removed materials
- Properly use required PPE and respiratory protection
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and project-specific lead safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Requirements
- Lead Abatement certification/training required
- Must have either:
- 16-hour Initial Lead Abatement training, or
- 8-hour Lead Abatement Refresher training
- Previous lead paint removal or abatement experience preferred
- PPE and respirator as required
- Ability to work night shifts starting at 11:00 PM
- Reliable transportation
- Must be local to the Orlando area
- Available to start Sunday, August 30, 2026
