Job Description
We are hiring 9 Mold Remediation Technicians for a project in Key Largo, Florida.
Project Details:
- Location: Key Largo, FL 33037
- Open Positions: 9 Technicians
- Start Date: Friday, August 14, 2026
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
- Cash Per Diem: $25.00 per day
- Scope of Work: Mold Remediation
- Employment Type: Full-time
This is an immediate opportunity for technicians who are available to begin work this Friday on an active mold remediation project.
Scope of Work
- Perform mold remediation and cleanup
- Set up and maintain containment areas
- Remove mold-contaminated materials
- Assist with demolition and material disposal as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Properly use PPE and respiratory protection
- Follow all project and OSHA safety procedures
Job Requirements
- Previous mold remediation or environmental cleanup experience preferred
- PPE and respirator required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation
- Available to start Friday, August 14, 2026
