Seeking a general laborer for a long-term (12-month) project to support environmental abatement and general demolition tasks. Responsibilities include daily jobsite clean-up, maintaining ICRA standards, assisting trades with job-site access, and limited skilled trade work such as removal and reinstall of wall-hung accessories.

Key Duties:

- Perform daily jobsite clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Ensure adherence to Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) standards
- Assist tradespeople with access and logistics on the job-site
- Support removal and reinstall of wall-hung accessories with limited skilled trade tasks

1. E-Verify documents

2. Valid Asbestos or Hazardous Material Removal Certification

3. Clean background check and drug test

4. Familiarity with ICRA standards (preferred: hospital or medical facility experience)
