Job Description
We are hiring Demolition Technicians for commercial and industrial demolition projects throughout Maryland.
Project Details:
- Location: Maryland
- Pay Rate: $23.00–$36.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking experienced demolition professionals with hands-on knowledge of mechanical demolition in commercial and industrial environments.
Scope of Work:
- Pipe removal
- HVAC duct cutting and dismantling
- Mechanical equipment demolition and removal
- Selective demolition of supports, valves, and mechanical components
- Use of Sawzalls, pipe cutters, grinders, pry bars, and other hand and power tools

Job Requirements
- Mechanical rooms
- Commercial or industrial demolition projects
- Removal of HVAC, plumbing, or MEP systems
- Safe operation of demolition and power tools
- Experience working in active commercial and industrial facilities
- Proven demolition experience
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor
- Knowledge of job site safety procedures
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
Commercial and industrial demolition projects; mechanical demolition experience preferred; HVAC, plumbing, and MEP removal experience valued; competitive pay based on experience
