Job Description

We are seeking an experienced bilingual Demolition Supervisor for a permanent position in Charlotte, North Carolina, starting Monday, December 22, 2025.

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

  • Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

  • Location: Charlotte, NC

This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with demolition experience who can effectively communicate with crews, ensure jobsite safety, and support daily operations.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Experience operating scissor lifts or boom lifts

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong focus on worker safety and compliance
