Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Abatement Supervisor and 1–2 Lead Abatement Workers for a project in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Open Positions:
- 1 Lead Abatement Supervisor
- 1–2 Lead Abatement Workers
Compensation:
- Supervisor: $30.00 per hour + $25/day per diem
- Workers: $25.00 per hour + $25/day per diem
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Local workers only
This is an opportunity for qualified lead abatement professionals in the Fredericksburg area who are ready to join an active project.
Scope of Work
- Perform lead abatement and removal activities
- Set up and maintain containment areas
- Safely remove and handle lead-containing materials
- Perform job site preparation and cleanup
- Properly use PPE and respiratory protection
- Follow OSHA, EPA, Virginia, and project-specific safety procedures
- Supervisor will oversee crew activities and job-site safety compliance
Job Requirements
- Valid Virginia Lead Abatement Supervisor license/certification
- Previous lead abatement supervisory experience
- Current documentation
- PPE and respirator as required
- Strong leadership and safety skills
Additional Information
Hiring 1 Lead Abatement Supervisor and 1–2 Lead Abatement Workers in Fredericksburg, VA. Supervisor pays $30/hr plus $25/day per diem. Workers pay $25/hr plus $25/day per diem. Local candidates only.
